Acceptable Use Policy

By accessing or using the Service, the Client agrees to comply with this Policy. General Principle The Service may only be used for lawful, ethical, and legitimate business or informational purposes. The Client must ensure that all use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited Uses The Client shall not use the Service for any of the following purposes: Unlawful Activities - Violating any applicable laws or regulations. - Processing personal data without a valid legal basis. - Circumventing data protection or privacy requirements. Misuse of Personal Data - Profiling individuals without lawful grounds. - Making decisions that significantly affect individuals (e.g., employment, credit, insurance) without independent verification. - Using the Service for background checks, surveillance, or monitoring of individuals. - Targeting individuals for reputational harm. Discrimination and Harm - Discriminating against individuals based on protected characteristics. - Harassment, intimidation, or unethical targeting. - Any activity that may harm individuals' rights, freedoms, or dignity. Automated or High-Risk Decision-Making - Using the Service as the sole basis for automated decision-making. - Using outputs for high-risk decisions without human review and validation. Data Extraction and Abuse - Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data at scale. - Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing the data. - Building competing databases or services. Technical Misuse - Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code. - Circumventing technical limitations or security measures. - Interfering with the operation or stability of the Service. Client Responsibility The Client shall not use the Service for background checks, creditworthiness assessments, or any decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects without independent verification and lawful basis. The Client acknowledges that: - They act as an independent data controller when using the Service. - They are solely responsible for ensuring lawful processing of personal data. - They must assess whether their use complies with applicable laws, including General Data Protection Regulation. Monitoring and Enforcement The Company reserves the right to: - Monitor usage patterns where legally permitted. - Investigate suspected violations. - Suspend or terminate access without notice in case of breach. - Report unlawful activities to authorities. Consequences of Violation Violation of this Policy may result in: - Immediate suspension or termination of access. - Termination of the agreement. - Legal action. - Claims for damages. Updates to the Policy The Company may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. Relationship with Terms and Conditions This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict, the stricter provision shall apply.
