Client Responsibility
The Client shall not use the Service for background checks, creditworthiness assessments, or any decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects without independent verification and lawful basis.
The Client acknowledges that:
- They act as an independent data controller when using the Service.
- They are solely responsible for ensuring lawful processing of personal data.
- They must assess whether their use complies with applicable laws, including General Data Protection Regulation.
Monitoring and Enforcement
The Company reserves the right to:
- Monitor usage patterns where legally permitted.
- Investigate suspected violations.
- Suspend or terminate access without notice in case of breach.
- Report unlawful activities to authorities.
Consequences of Violation
Violation of this Policy may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of access.
- Termination of the agreement.
- Legal action.
- Claims for damages.
Updates to the Policy The Company may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
Relationship with Terms and Conditions This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict, the stricter provision shall apply.
